- How do I order the Canadian FSBO Package?
Complete the Order Form and we will then email you a confirmation within 24 hours along with payment instructions. Once payment is complete we begin your complete advertising campaign for your home.

- How do I pay for the Canadian FSBO Package?
After we receive a submission
for a FSBO Package we will send you an email confirmation/invoice. You can then complete payment in
3 ways:
1) Secure online credit payment system
2) Mail-in cheque

*Please note that paying by credit card or PayPal will reduce the time for you to receive your real estate signs, etc. as we mail them out as soon as we receive payment confirmation.

- What are the most common mistakes when selling a home online?
2 Things: The first is the price. Please be sure that the price you are asking is a fair market price for your home. Too often homeowners try to ask far more for their home than it is worth, which scares away potential buyers.
The second is the photos that are used in the internet listings. Photos will often make or break an internet listing. A good picture is worth a thousand good words, a bad picture is worth a thousand bad words. Make sure you take outside pictures on a bright day, preferably when the yard is nice and green. Keep the pictures simple, use different angles and views to your advantage. The most common mistake is having dark & gloomy photos - make sure all lights are on and curtains are open when taking inside photos.

- Are there additional costs after buying the FSBO package?
There are no additional
costs. The cost of the package covers everything: 2 premium listings on 2 websites for 6 months, real estate signs, 2-day classified ad in newspaper, search engine campaign, FSBO selling forms & tips and custom web address. View the Package Cost section for more details.

- Can I have more than 10 pictures of my house?
Definitely, you can have as many as you want. The premium listings include 10 pictures and if you wish to have more there is a charge of $5 for each additional picture.

- How do I add pictures of my home if I don't have a scanner or digital camera?
No problem, just mail-in your pictures along with your payment and we will scan them for you and add them to your listing. If you want your pictures returned you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope along with them.

- If I sell my house in less than the listing length do I get a partial refund for my internet listings?
No, once a FSBO advertising campaign has been created refunds are not issued.

- Can I make changes to my internet listings once they are on?
Yes, just send us an email with the changes you wish to have and we will take care of them for you.
